For the next in our series with Lucy, our production manager Ben came up with this fruity IPA showcasing the delectable combination of coconut and kiwi. Over a silky milkshake base of wheat, oats and lactose we hopped generously with NZ Motueka and US Citra for a base of lime zest and soft tropical fruit before adding 200g/l of kiwi juice and puree through fermentation. After dry hopping with more of the same, we recirculated through 150kg of toasted coconut flakes.
